Open Question: In Virginia, do I have to take a Driver Improvement Class even though I payed the fine?
I received a speeding ticket for 60/45 in November. Due to some problems, I didn't go to the court date, and thus payed the ticket on the last day available to pay. This morning, (January 6) I got a letter telling me to take a Driving Improvement class in 90 days or have my license suspended. This is my very first ticket, I have no other demerits on my license, and don't really care about these. I have no time or money to take the class. Do I actually have to, or have they made a mistake?

It's your possess fault that you have to pay for two flight tickets because you can't fit into the one seat, next time think before you eat. (Being a little overweight is fine, some people have busy lifestyles and/or take meds with side effects but being so fat to the point that you can't fit into an aeroplane seat, you only have yourself to blame)

First off I passed my road test. Went to go receive my license and they let me know my allow was suspended due to unpaid tickets.I have one unpaid parking and seatbelt ticket.they referd me to the traffick tribunal middle to pay the tickets but will that un-suspend my allow I don't want to miss a day of work for them tell me I have to wait or I can't please help.

Open Question: How should i talk to the judge about my car ticket in California?
I am a high school student I got a ticket because my car has a noisy exhaust and a chilly air intake that has no C.A.R.B label on. The police gave me and ticket, he aslo gave me a State Referee phone number to make an appointment to test my car's emission. I followed what the police told me to do, I fixed everything and I have every the certificates. Today I went to the court where a lot of people line up and sign off the tickets, the lady told me my ticket is "Uncorrectable", because the officer check "NO" on the ticket. The lady said I'll have to pay 513 dollars to fix this ticket, and that's it. I argued with her said I followed what the officer told me to do, but the lady said she doesn't care, she asked me to arrive back to the court tomorrow at 7am and I go up to the court talk to the judge. Is there anybody had a same situation like me? Will the judge still charge me for 500 dollars? wow I am not going to pay for 513 dollars for doing nothing wrong, this is so ridiculous!! I need help

Is she crazy or what? I know she wants to stay in jail so she can fill Kay's mind with a bunch of lies about how close Kay and Gloria supposedly were, but doesn't she realize that she could be messing up any chances of her ever getting out of jail? Open Question: I need advice on paying a traffic ticket!?
In November 2008, I was involved in an accident. A little overview: I'm approaching an intersection (there are 3 cars in front of me), and the light had turned green far enough in advance that I didn't need to slow my car. I guess some guy didn't want to sit at a long Fredericksburg, VA light, so he decides to run it. This causes the cars ahead of me to slam on their brakes. I do the same. I was pedal to the metal...but I still hit the car in front of me. How could that happen when I just got my brakes replaced? Well. She hit the E-brake (and was dumb enough to tell me so.) We go through the motions of calling the cops an whatnot, but somehow...I GOT THE TICKET. I realise that ultimately it comes down to Me hitting Her, but really? How was I supposed to know she was laying on the E-brake? Anyway. I'm not going to go to court for this, I'm just going to pay the ticket. Only problem is that my charge is "Failure to devote full time/attention", and there's no description of that charge on the back of the ticket. How do I know what box to check? I'm clueless!! This was my first accident. Please help me :c

Open Question: What are some good jobs in the military that will help you after service?
I was going to join the af and tryout for Pararescue or Combat Control but I can't receive my recruiter to make any progress and it's been an ongoing process for about 6-8 months now so I'm moving to a different service. I made an 80 on the ASVAB with a GT of 119 and am currently looking at the Navy and Army. What's it like to be a corpsman compared to an army medic or health care specialist? What are some other jobs I should look into that might have a signing bonus, will help me when I'm out, and allow me to finish my degree while I'm in or at least attend a few classes? It doesn't have to be medical either. P.S. I have had quite a few traffic tickets which is why I think my recruiter is avoiding me. My first recruiter left at the end of 2008 and the new one never answers his phone or calls me bak.. they said i needed a morales waiver and i typed it and everything but they never did anything with it

Open Question: Question about US customs and "Limited Stay"?
Okay here's the thing. I was visiting a pal here and on the way here did not buy a return flight ticket because I wasn't sure at the time if I'd be heading back home after (Canada) or visiting a pal somewhere else in Canada. The customs agent wrote on this I-94 slip that I have a limited stay of only 1 month, which is quickly approaching but wanted to stay longer (3 months as I told him since that's what I saved up and planned for). Anyhow, the question is this. I obviously have to leave arrive the end of the month, BUT is there a minimum time being out of the states before I can return? And if so, how long? Also note, I have Canadian citizenship, every my papers and blah blah blah and no visas, travel, temporary or otherwise.

Open Question: Am I overreacting? Why would she act like this?
Ok so here goes: 4 1/2 months ago, I was relocated to another state (1000 miles away) my wife thought that she and the kids should pack up and leave with me, but I felt that we should receive settled first. i no longer have my "2nd " job as a mortgage broker so our income is a lot less than it was. She's a nurse so I figured she should secure a job first then move with me. My problem is she never wants to arrive visit or anything. I have been back home 4 times and the only time she has arrive to visit is when my mom bought the tickets and practically forced her to arrive. I have tried talking to her about it, but she insists that she is just below way to much pressure.... doing what? Our oldest is 16, and the youngest is 7... I still pay most of the bills, and I really don't feel that she is doing anything that isn't common in a marriage. Up until now she hasn't had to pay any of the household expenses, and she is now only paying utils, I still pay the mortgage and everything else. Well the reason I didn't have them move is because we have a very big mortgage, and cannot sell the home right now. And since I am able to live with a relative, we are saving money; also I felt that it was best to move after the school year ends (mainly for the 16 year old) however, I am rethinking that now.

Open Question: Why won't he apologize or talk to me?
My husband and I had a tiny argument the other day and since then he hasn't apologized or talked to me! Story: Yesterday morning I woke up at 8am after only 3 1/2 hrs of snooze, so I was a bit cranky. Why? 1- I just don't snooze well at night and 2- Every time I would receive close to him he would say "receive off of me" or "i don't want you close me". Upsetting much? I think so. Anyway, that morning he and I had to go downstairs to move the cars off of the road to avoid a parking ticket. I politely woke him up, but he stayed in bed after moaning something. So I tried again, nothing. I tried again, it finally worked but he was pissy. So I said "Don't give me that sh*t, I'm on 4 hrs of snooze. Let's just go". Then he says "You're so bitchy in the morning". To avoid a battle I started heading downstairs. We moved the cars, went back upstairs and he started playing on his iPhone- texting, myspace, and Facebook. It irritated me because I wanted to talk to him but he ignored me! I said "you're always on your damn phone. it's such a double standard around here. if I text one of my friends you receive pissed off, but it's okay for you to ignore me and play on myspace every day" .. that turned into an argument! He said "I'm sleepy of you waking up so bitchy". I said, "I'm sleepy of you acting like an a-hole" He said "You're a b*tch!" I gasped. Didn't say a word and went back to bed. As we were lying in bed he mumbled something and went to the sofa. Since then he refuses to talk to me. He talks to everrrrryone else but me! He called me a b*tch! Last time a man called me a b*tch it went from name calling to physical abuse... so I was a bit p.o'd about it. I think I deserve an apology! I tried talking to him, but he ignores me. I tried making dinner, he ignores it. So I'm giving up. At a complete loss for words! He didn't even snooze in our bed last night! What can I do to make this right again?

Open Question: He loves me, he loves me not? What happened?
Sorry for how long this is. My boyfriend was sent to another country about this time last year (he's coming home in a few more months). Things were alright for a while and then we started fighting a lot. It's not because we don't receive along, and it isn't anything to do with cheating before anyone says he's cheating. To me we're fighting out of frustration from not being together, because when we are together everything is perfectly okay (in his mind it is too). It's been a few months since I have seen him, so nearing the end of December he said he was really missing me and he wanted me to arrive over at the end of January. On New Years Eve, he again said at the end of January he would have me arrive over, that he had a ticket set up. Then I called him this afternoon and he got nasty with me instantly. He kept saying he's been trying to avoid me, he doesn't adore me and doesn't want to be with me, that I depress him and that he's leaving me. I didn't understand why he was being that way, and every I could really do way sob and ask him why. After 45min of him repeating those things, he stopped and said he would stay and that he loves me. I'm completely lost and hurt. I still don't understand why every that happened. And now I'm not even sure if he really wants to be with me, or if he just felt guilty for the way he acted. We've had a battle before where we were on the brink of breaking up, I hung up, and he called me back within minutes and apologized. So what happened? What do I do?

i got a speeding ticket today on my school road. they clocked me at 53 in a 35. the officer wrote it as a school zone. (i find that untrue because school zones are strictly 25) he was out of his car and hiding behind a hill. the place he was getting people was maybe private property. can i battle this in any way? i live in GA. he was sitting in a neighborhood. i checked and in fact there is no sign any where saying anything about school zone. since it says its in a school zone on the ticket do i still have to pay?

Me and my girlfriend wants to receive a 2009 Scion Tc after every taxes and wat not its $18,641. We got new jobs working at the same place making 400+ dollars a week. We still live at home and we both have credit cards that were never tardy on. our previous job we held over 2years. Is this enough money to afford this car were going to put 3000 down. if not how much do we need to be making a month or week?
